IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians, which is part of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Indiana, is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Hematologist Oncologist to join their brand new hospital/regional academic center in Bloomington, IN! Opening December 2021

Position Details:
  • Full-time employment opportunity
  • Monday - Friday
  • Call schedule: Every 6th weekend
  • 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient
  • Patient Volume in office: 80/week
  • Patient Volume in hospital: 5/week
  • Team: 6 physicians, 1 advanced provider, radiation oncologists on-site
  • Opportunity to teach medical students, if desired
  • Procedures include bone marrow(approximately 2 per week)

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oncology and Hematology
  • Open to current fellows and practicing physicians

Compensation Details:
  • Base salary, production incentive (RVUs), and sign-on bonus included
  • Comprehensive benefits package with group insurance (health, dental, life, disability), 401k with company match, PTO, relocation assistance and occurrence-based malpractice insurance coverage starting the first day of employment
  • 6 weeks of vacation per year
