Opportunity:
• Seeking a urologist to serve the vast needs due to limited services within a 100-mile radius
• Have the opportunity to capture the market and operate multiple days per week
• Hospital has 6 OR suites with blocked scheduling and 24/7 Anesthesia services
• Flexible weekly clinic/OR schedule and no/minimal "available by phone" call only option
• Laser equipment is available and the CEO is open to further discussions for robotics and additional staff/equipment resources
• Possibility for leadership opportunities and voting rights
Additional Details:
• Competitive guaranteed salary of 700K+ with lucrative wRVU production incentives and proven income in over 7-figures+, comprehensive benefits, PTO and CME plus allowance, a relocation stipend, sign-on bonus, up to 200K loan repayment option, amazing retirement contributions and matching program, and malpractice insurance
• Must be Board-Eligible/Board-Certified in Urology
• 2022 - 2023 graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
