Job Summary:
The Department of Anesthesiology at WMCHealth, is currently recruiting a well-rounded Chief of Anesthesiology to lead our team at Health Alliance Hudson Valley in Kingston, NY. We are looking for a Chief with a proven history of leadership skills and/or leadership potential. This is an excellent opportunity to build an outstanding program at a reputable community hospital with a new campus and a state of the art operating room being built in 2022. WMCHealth offers a competitive base salary, on call pay, sign on and yearly bonus. We pride ourselves on an excellent work life balance.
Training/License:
The successful candidate will be either certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, or actively participating in the certification process, and be able to obtain a New York State Medical License.
Other:
 Total compensation package over 500k  On call pay provided  Additional stiped for the Chief.10k sign on bonus  15k retention bonus every year for the first three years of employment.  401k with a 4% employer match, vested immediately
