This is a full-time, permanent, and employed position. Enjoy working in a brand new facility that is attached to the local hospital.

- Join a collegial group of 5 FM physicians and 3 NPs
- Option for a 4 or 5-day work week
- Outpatient only
- Service area of approx. 200,000 residents
- Practice has EPIC EMR and PACS as well as access to lab, x-ray, MRI, and CT on site
