IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is seeking a patient-centered, team-oriented Pain Management provider to join our friendly, collegial, team in Muncie, IN.

Position Highlights:
  • Practice in an established, robust, solo provider setting with direct support from a Nurse Practitioner and support staff in the clinic and in the onsite procedural/OR rooms
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • 100% outpatient work
  • 20-24 procedures per week including epidural steroid injections, transforaminal ESI's, medical branch blocks, radio frequency ablations, SIJ injections, hip injections and blocks

Qualifications:
  • Residency training, required
  • Board eligibility or board certification, required
  • Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana, required
  • Experience, preferred
  • Visa sponsorship available; H-1B
