Acute Care Surgeon To Join Active TN Practice

- Their opportunity is very low ?trauma? as they are not a trauma center.
- They do have about 10-15% blunt trauma.
- They have multiple robots.
- Endoscopy is 100% GI unless it is an anastomoses issue / check.
- The program is 100% acute care surgery.
- 7a-7p or 7p-7a.
- Rotate days and nights.
- Nights can be taken from home.
- APP will notify surgeon if they have a case.
- Days are in house.
- No clinic.
- No patient follows.
- They have 3 surgeons in the program which is a year old.
- They are placing the 4th.
- They held off a year because they had 2 new surgeons who wanted to take call to build their practice.
- It?s hospital employed.
- Full benefits.
- $2500 per shift.
- 183 shifts per year.
- Located 1 hour from Memphis
