St. Joseph Health and Medical Group is seeking a full-time Palliative Care physician to join its team in Santa Rosa, California. This position will provide compassionate post-acute care alongside a strong interdisciplinary team of professionals that includes two MD's, three APP's, and a social worker. Located in the heart of Sonoma County wine country, you will also enjoy an excellent schedule that will allow you to take full advantage of this beautiful California region.
