• Focused scope of practice with emphasis on breathing, sleeping and snoring diagnoses

• Additional practice locations available in Minneapolis, MN and greater Chicagoland, IL
Compensation Details
• Year 1: $700K starting salary guarantee with additional performance-based bonus available
• Year 2+: Current providers earning above MGMA 90th percentile with $1M proven earning potential
• Outstanding benefits package includes full medical/dental insurance, 401K, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, relocation stipend, and annual CME stipend
