A state-of-the-art critical access facility is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their primary care team. Enjoy a work-life balance in a rural community with proximity to Spokane and world-class skiing/snowboarding.
The Opportunity
• Predominantly Outpatient with Light Scheduled ER and Inpatient Responsibilities
• Experienced support staff that handle first call - minimal scheduled back up call
• 4 Day Work Week - 32 Contact Hours and 8 Hour Admin Buffer
• 290k Base Salary + Call Stipend + Productivity Incentives - over 300k in earning potential
• Sign on Bonus and Relocation
• Student Loan Repayment - Directly from Employer, NHSC Loan Repayment and State Loan Repayment options
• 25 Days of Paid Time Off + 5 Days for CME
