IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians are actively recruiting a Primary Care Physician for our well established primary care clinic in Upland, IN. This is a recently renovated office in a small town setting with a very collegial staff serving Grant County and the surrounding communities. It is a great opportunity to work in a close-knit community and join the second largest physician group within IU Health. IU Health is the largest most comprehensive health care system in the state of Indiana. Position Details:
  • Full time days schedule; 4 or 5 day week options
  • Opportunity to quickly build your practice with an established patient base
  • 100% outpatient with very limited call
  • Comprehensive benefit package including PTO, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid malpractice insurance, 401K with an employee match, etc.

Qualifications:
  • BC or BE FM, IM or IM Peds required; (OB optional)
  • Open to J1 and H1b candidates

IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is both a teaching hospital and regional tertiary referral center. We've introduced healthcare to underserved populations and geographic areas such as Upland, New Castle and Hartford City and given consumers choices in their healthcare.

The hospital campus is home to The Edmund F. Ball Medical Education Center and includes the largest physician-teaching program in Indiana outside of Indianapolis, with three residency programs. The hospital is affiliated with the Indiana University School of Medicine and serves as an educational site for the first two years of medical school. The clinics provide low cost medical care for 25,000 patient visits each year.
