Rockford Anesthesiologists Associated, LLC (RAA) has been providing exceptional anesthesia services to the greater Rockford, IL area since 1962. Currently 29 physicians and 33 CRNAs call RAA home. Due to pending future retirements, RAA is looking to add anesthesiologists to their group.
  • True private practice model with partnership after 1 year if board certified
  • 4 hospitals and 1 surgery center
  • Supervising 3-4 CRNAs per shift
  • Two call groups; one for obstetrics and one for all other cases
  • Call is 1 weekend a month and 1 night a week
  • Paid call for post call work
  • 350k salary, signing bonus, comprehensive benefits
  • Option for surgery center buy-in
  • 6 weeks' vacation/CME plus 6 Holidays
