The Department of Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic is seeking board certified/eligible Internal Medicine Physicians for outpatient primary care positions.
  • Positions available at our Family Health Centers and stand-alone practice locations
  • Works in a predominantly outpatient setting to provide outstanding preventative, acute and chronic disease care for adults in a patient focused environment. Selected opportunities for combined inpatient service, teaching and leadership available.

Our practices have achieved medical home certification, use Epic electronic health record, and are focused on quality improvement and innovation in care delivery. Team based care with embedded Pharm Ds, Behavioral Health Social Workers, telephonic Primary Care Social Work, RN Care Coordinators, Geriatricians and growing Advanced Practitioner partnerships. We are building out systems to innovate flex time within schedules to focus on enhancing value based care to maximize quality and efficiency with reduced costs while delivering exceptional patient and team experience. Educational innovation is also prioritized.
