UVA Primary and Specialty Care Zions Crossroads Family Practice provides primary care services and preventive healthcare for patients of all ages. We offer the highest quality care for our patients in the Zions Crossroads, VA community. In addition to appointments we will be opening a Walk in Practice to see patients for minor injuries and illnesses on a walk in basis in 2020. We have lab and x-ray on-site. Our current office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

University of Virginia Health System Physicians Group (UPG) seeks a dedicated Primary Care Physician, to join our Primary Care practice and will have the opportunity to also work in our Walk -In practice when this opens in mid- 2021. You will also have access to the resources of our Medical Center.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Graduate of Accredited Medical School with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO). Completion of Accredited Residency Program in Family Medicine.

Licensure: Virginia license, or LE. Board certification in Family Medicine (if newly graduated from residency, must be obtained within 2 years of graduation and must be kept current. Current DEA certificate without restriction
