LEAD HOSPITALIST
GREENWICH HOSPITAL
Under the direction of and in coordination with the Director of the Hospitalist Service, the Lead Hospitalist for Clinical Operations will provide administrative supervision and assist in the day to day operations of the Hospitalist Service. The Lead Hospitalist for Clinical Operations is responsible for maintaining adequate staffing within the Hospitalist Service, assisting in the development of standardized workflows, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the Hospitalist Service. The Lead Hospitalist for Clinical Operations will work clinically as well. Duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling, billing and coding education and oversight, performance management, personnel hiring, new hire orientation, and continued direct patient care.

MD/DO Degree
EXPERIENCE
5 years' physician experience. Management training a plus. Course work or advanced degree. Familiarity with data analysis pool (Excel, Epic, Tablo)
LICENSURE
MD Licensed in CT. Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. ACLS Certified.
