Hematologist/Oncologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Large Facility in Western Virginia

A large medical center is seeking a hematologist/oncologist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in western Virginia.
Schedule:
Full time clinic and call
Mon-Fri 8a-5p
16-18 patients per day, on call rotation of 7a-7p

Call Details:
o Weekend- take calls from patients and other providers, round on inpatient, occasional inpatient consults
o Weekday- clinic duties, shared inpatient rounds, new inpatient consults
o Avg call back on weeknight- 0-2
o Avg call ack on weekends- 5 per day
o Hospitalists will do admissions from the ED

Skills Needed:
Rare bone marrow aspiration and biopsy on the weekends if urgent. Weekdays, IR will do them.
Gen Hem Onc Skills
Locum will see 0-2 new inpatient consults per day average on weeknights and 2-3 follow up consults per day average with 0-2 nw consults per day average on the weekends.
