Providence TrinityCare Hospice is seeking a full-time contract Palliative Care physician to assist its community efforts in the Orange County area. Using Anaheim as a home base, you will be working with comprehensive care teams as you primarily conduct home visits and telemedicine services. These teams are made up of a variety of specialists including other physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, health aids and more. The ideal candidate will therefore be highly collegial and motivated to improve the lives of all of their patients in Southern California.

Providence TrinityCare Hospice is one of the oldest hospice programs in the greater Los Angeles area, with a staff of 180 professionals who provide compassionate end-of-life care to more than 30,000 patients and families. It has received numerous commendations from the Community Health Accreditation Program for its innovative programs, excellence in community health care practice and quality performance. The facility consults and partners with all six Providence medical centers in Southern California.
