Are you looking to be a successful Orthopaedic Surgeon with top specialist support, a high volume of cases, and practice with more autonomy?

The Opportunity:

• Join an orthopedic surgeon team throughout the Appleton region with fellowship-trained specialists, dedicated first-assist physician assistants, and tenured experienced surgical staff
• This physician-led, non-profit community health system is affiliated with Mayo Clinic and has a great demand for orthopedics due to the aging but more active population in Wisconsin
• This established high-volume orthopaedic practice is affiliated with a 24-hour ED, transfer services, and a total catchment of 66K with a primary care referral base of 225+ providers
• Have input in your schedule, with a 4.5 day work week and potential for 3 days in the OR, with minimal 1:4 collaborative call coverage allowing for a great work/life balance

Parameters and Compensation:

• Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Competitive guarantee base salary (above the 50th percentile) with an uncapped lucrative w/RVU production model with potential above 75th+ percentile per MGMA
