Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director at PMG Mercantile located in Southwest Portland, Oregon. You'll join a well-established and vibrant practice focused on providing team-based, high-value care to a range of ages and medical complexities. As Medical Director, you will provide on-site clinical leadership, coaching and serve as advocate for the providers in this practice. Bring your leadership talents and insight to this integrative Primary Care model where you'll work with behaviorist, pharmacist, case managers and nursing staff to provide exceptional coordinated care to patients and families.

- Full-time, 1.0 FTE at 4.5 or 0.9 FTE at 4 days per week
- Monday to Friday, clinic hours 8am to 5pm
- Call is phone only
- Lead, participate in implementation of quality improvement projects
- Ideal candidates will have demonstrated leadership experience within primary care practice; previous experience with EPIC preferred
- Work in partnership with clinic and medical group operations
