EDUCATION(number of years and type required to perform the position duties):
EXPERIENCE (number of years and type required to meet an acceptable level of performance)
Active Candidate/Board Certified by the American Obstetrics and Gynecology
Clinical Skills in General Obstetrics and Gynecology including Minimally Invasive Surgery
Administrative skills in a high reliability organization
Supervisory skills in residency and medical student education
Teaching skills in medical education utilizing an evidence-based model
Interest and training in gynecologic ultrasound, clinical research methodology and statistics and experience with family planning services.
In personal and job-related decisions and actions, consistently demonstrates the value of integrity (doing the right thing), patient-centered (putting patients and families first), respect (valuing all people and embracing all differences), accountability (being responsible and taking action), and compassion (being empathetic).
Current Connecticut Medical License
Current Medical Staff Appointment with specialty-appropriate clinical privileges
