The Center for Personalized Genetic Healthcare at Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Medical Geneticist to join our growing department. Ideal candidates will be Board Certified in Medical Genetics or Board Eligible based on fellowship completion and have demonstrated outstanding clinical skills. The CPGH has several multidisciplinary clinics and strong working connections with the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and genetics laboratories provide state of the art diagnostics and clinical care to patients with a variety of genetic conditions. We currently have 11 medical geneticists and 22 genetic counselors on our team and our departments providers specialize in several areas, including general/pediatric, cancer, cardiovascular, prenatal, and ophthalmic genetics and pharmacogenomics. We also offer both traditional outpatient and inpatient services as well as several new modalities, including virtual visits and e-consults.

The successful candidate will participate in a variety of clinical activities including adult and pediatric patient care. The Department is integrated with over 26 clinical departments and divisions providing care to an interesting, challenging, and diverse group of patients. Practice opportunities range from developing a community based practice to international consultation. You will enjoy close clinical collaboration with pediatricians, neurologists, endocrinologists, surgeons and multiple other disciplines. Opportunities to conduct research and teach medical students, residents, fellows, visiting clinicians, and allied health professionals are additional components of the position.
