The Department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston/Fort Lauderdale, Florida has three faculty position opening for well-qualified Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Physicians ;

Pulmonary Hypertension Position: The successful candidate would have special subspecialty training in pulmonary hypertension or have had training in a pulmonary hypertension center, and will be further trained here, if needed. In addition, they will also be responsible for participating in an active clinical practice in pulmonary medicine and an active clinical research program in pulmonary hypertension, and working in a multidisciplinary approach with colleagues in numerous specialties.

ILD position: The successful candidate would have special subspecialty training in interstitial Lung diseases or have had training in a Pulmonary Fibrosis Center/ILD Clinic during fellowship, and will be further trained here, if needed. In addition, they will also be responsible for participating in an active clinical practice in pulmonary medicine and an active clinical research program in interstitial Lung diseases, and working in a multidisciplinary approach with colleagues in numerous specialties.

Critical Care Position: The successful candidate would have special Interest/ experience in Critical Care. This would involve assisting in managing the MICU (possibly as assistant director based on qualifications), participate in design and undertaking of critical care related scientific and outcomes research. Successful candidate would demonstrate a commitment to the delivery of quality of care in the intensive care unit.

The physician would be expected to share responsibilities in general pulmonology and critical care units. The positions involve research, teaching (of our pulmonary-critical fellows, medical residents and medical students) participation in the ICU call schedule, program development as well as delivery of excellent clinical care.
