The Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Institute at Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Preventive Cardiologist (MD) with expertise/experience in diagnosis and treatment of cardiac patients (special interest and training in diabetes, HTN or cardio-renal preferred) . Experienced or fellowship trained in preventive cardiology welcomed. Patients come from all over the United States and the world for the advanced diagnosis and innovative treatments offered by the department. Our expert cardiologists collaborate with other Cardiology specialists and cardiovascular surgeons to manage outpatient and inpatient patients with complex multisystem disease in a comprehensive and highly effective manner.

This position will provide expertise in Preventive Cardiology with a focus on cardiac patients. Clinical responsibilities will include working within a multispecialty outpatient clinic based in Preventive Cardiology and serving as the attending on hospital service as scheduled. There is ample opportunity for research as well as providing education of fellows and residents. A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.
