Central City Concern (CCC) is seeking a Senior Medical Director of Primary Care for two patient-centered clinics in Portland, Oregon. You'll be doing meaningful work at a nonprofit agency while leading an amazing team of clinicians and staff who are deeply committed to CCC's mission to end homelessness. The role will be 40% focused on leadership of Primary Care services across CCS's Old Town Clinic and Blackburn Center, and 60% focused on clinical work within the two locations. This is an opportunity to serve as a leader of teams within a nationally recognized model of integrated Health Services, Housing and Employment. Central City Concern's Old Town Clinic offers quality health care to all on a sliding fee scale in the heart of Portland, Oregon's Chinatown neighborhood. Clinicians provide both primary and naturopathic care, perform preventive exams, treat injuries, perform minor procedures, and provide and coordinate mental health and addiction treatment. Old Town Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is recognized as a 5-star Patient-Centered Medical Home.
