NYU Langone Health - Long Island

The Department of Neurology at NYU Langone Hospital - Long Island (formerly Winthrop University Hospital) and NYU Long Island School of Medicine, is seeking an energetic candidate for the position of Vice Chair. We are a 600-bed hospital, deeply embedded in the fabric of the Long Island community, which serves as the primary teaching hospital for the newly-formed NYU Long Island School of Medicine.

The candidate should have expertise in one of the neurology subspecialties with vascular neurology and epilepsy preferred, but not mandatory. A combination of clinical excellence and research experience in an academic setting. Leadership skills are desired since this position offers an opportunity for rapid professional advancement. This candidate will assist the current leadership to provide supervision and growth to this progressive department that is committed to NYU Langone Health’s vision of excellence in clinical care, research, and education.
