Employed Primary Care Family Medicine/ Academic Opportunity- Rhinebeck, NY- 75 minutes North of NYC

Affiliated with Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, New York, Nuvance Health Medical Practice is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Physician to work with our new residents in conjunction with our busy and growing practice. In this role you will work in conjunction with the Program Director to develop and implement continuing medical education. This opportunity is for someone that is passionate about supervising, educating, mentoring, and evaluating family medicine residents.

Our employed outpatient practices utilize our hospitalist program for inpatient admissions. Our physicians work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work life balance. The Primary Care office is located on the campus of Northern Dutchess Hospital in a brand new expanded space. Northern Dutchess hospital is a 68-bed acute care not-for-profit community hospital with excellent medical staff and 24/7 hospitalist coverage. The hospital has recently renovated operating rooms, a brand new, top-rated emergency department, and fully modernized patient care areas. Northern Dutchess enjoys both the collegiality of a community hospital as well as the benefits of being part of a larger hospital system.
