Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester is currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician to manage the health and wellness of our patients. As part of a Medical Home, you will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to our patients in Southern New Hampshire. Working under the general direction of the medical director, you will practice autonomously as well as in collaboration with physicians, APRNs, and PA colleagues and other healthcare providers to provide primary healthcare to patients in our practice.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester Family Medicine works within the community to ensure that the patients of our community have access to the best possible care. The practice offers a collegial, supportive and learning environment. There is direct access to DH specialists to support complex care as needed.

Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of NH
