The Medical Director of noninvasive cardiovascular imaging will oversee the function and quality performance of the noninvasive cardiac diagnostic laboratory at Jacobi Medical Center and North Central Bronx Hospital.

This will include echocardiography, TEE, and stress testing. The Director will be expected to achieve IAC certification of the echo laboratory within 3 year of hire. The Medical Director will also collaborate with the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine to expand cardiac CT, MRI and nuclear imaging services.


Qualifications include:
  • Graduation from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Cardiology
  • Current, unrestricted NYS license (or the ability to obtain one)
  • Passion to work with the underserved
