The Athens campus is a LifePoint Health facility that's home to a 14-bed ED with a volume of 35,770 patients annually of medium to high acuity. The EMR is MedHost. Starr Regional Medical Center was formed as a merger of Athens Regional Medical Center and Woods Memorial Hospital.
