FULL-TIME BEHAVIORAL SCIENTIST

Albany Medical College Department of Family and Community Medicine, a truly unique Department affiliated with a medical school and FM residency training program and associated with a private practice office, is seeking a full-time Director of Behavioral Science to join our dynamic faculty in expanding the educational and practice skills of faculty, residents, and medical students. This person would assume an active and multifaceted role as a fully integrated team player with faculty and residents. Responsibilities include developing and leading educational and research activities, grant writing and management, faculty development, learner and program evaluation, clinical supervision of residents with potential for co-counseling with residents, and wellness programming. Work environment is congenial and collaborative, and the beautiful upstate New York location offers a myriad of opportunities for individuals and families. LCSW or PhD/PsyD are preferred credentials, and experience in medical education is also desired.
