Chief Medical Executive
$333,048 - $501,744 depending on assignment
We currently have an opportunity at Chuckawalla Valley State Prison (CVSP), located in Blythe. This friendly desert community is an outdoor recreational wonderland, with access to almost 95 miles of navigable water for boating, fishing, and water skiing, and 350 days of sunshine to enjoy golfing, tennis, and hiking. The upscale enclaves of La Quinta, Palm Desert, and Palm Springs make an attractive home base for many of CVSP’s clinical leaders and their families.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of clinical experience; a minimum two years of experience supervising physicians; and experience in medical practice compliance, conducting quality reviews, and practical practice development. Additionally, all candidates must have a CA Medical License and Board Certification (Internal Medicine or Family Practice).
