Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is recruiting for a Board Certified Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with minimum two years of experience in Palliative Care or related specialty.
Details:
- Provides patient care to Palliative Care patients and their families in multiple inpatient settings at a mid-size urban hospital utilizing comprehensive patient assessment, development and implementation of a plan of care and patient education, and ongoing evaluation.
- The care delivered will be based on theoretical principals and scientific knowledge and within the scope of the California Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner: California Registered Nursing License, California Nurse Practitioner License
- Physician Assistant: California PA license, National Certification
- Current California Furnishing license (NP) DEA license (Schedule 2-5)
- BLS certification
