THE VA NORTHEAST OHIO HEALTHCARE SYSTEM seeks a full-time (8/8) Gastroenterologist/Hepatologist at the Assistant Professor level. 

Clinical focus will include hepatology, general gastroenterology, and basic endoscopy. Proficiency in transient elastography liver testing, advanced endoscopic variceal treatment modalities, and BC/BE in gastroenterology/hepatology is preferred.

A specific charge will be to build a program in liver diseases for the early detection, identification and management of patients with advanced liver disease and hepatocellular carcinoma. 

This position offers excellent opportunities for research, clinical and educational collaboration with CWRU gastroenterology faculty, as well as new program development in the fields of liver disease and clinical transplantation.
