Emergency Medicine Physician

TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time physician to make a difference with the emergency team at Parkland Health Center - Bonne Terre in Missouri. This emergency department receives a patient volume of approximately 9,000 a year and you can work 12-hour or 24-hour shifts. Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in internal medicine, family medicine or emergency medicine. Bonne Terre is a city in St. Francois County, Missouri, with a population of 6,864 at the 2010 census. The community was originally settled by the French in 1720 after lead ore was discovered. It was called La Bonne Terre, which is French for the good soil. Take an underground walking and boat tour of the Bonne Terre Mine, one of the world's largest man-made caverns!
