Summary and details of the position:
- Full time salary: $225,000
- Full time Sign on: $25,000
- Bonus: after year 1 and meeting metrics (average 18 patient/day and 250 patients in your panel) $25,000, same bonus in year 2
- 401K with 3.5% match
- Malpractice, tail coverage
- PTO: 16 days plus 2 floating holidays & 3 sick days
- 6 national holidays (NYE, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
- CME: 5 days and $3500
- Clinic Hours: 7:30-5
- Monday-Friday
- Call: 1 week every 3-4 months, telephonically
