The Primary Care Physician (PCP) is responsible for the comprehensive and continuous care provided to a panel of patients. The PCP at Family Health Center - Southbridge will also participate in the development and implementation of community health and wellbeing plans as directed and may serve as a representative of the health center to community groups and task forces.

Family Health Center - Southbridge is seeking an experienced PCP to join our mission driven, close-knit team of providers in serving the diverse patient population in southern Worcester County. You will be joining another physician and an APC less than one hour away from Worcester, with an abundance of cultural and recreational opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• Current MA License in MD or DO with three years of Family Practice Residency
• OB/prenatal preferred not required
• Spanish fluency preferred
• Ideal candidates will be BE/BC with excellent clinical skills and should share our passion for caring for an underserved, socio-economically diverse patient population.
