The Medicus Firm is proud to announce a national search for a Division Chief of Child Psychiatry for a rapidly growing university system in the Philadelphia market. This position will assist the department in their increasing commitment to child services in the area, develop special projects benefitting the department including a new mental health collaborative, and help shape a fellowship program. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or emerging leader to engage in developing and executing a strategic vision for its next growth phase in expanding child psychiatric services under the mentorship of a respected and committed chair.
The ideal candidate will have at least a few years of clinical experience, and enjoy working within a diverse urban environment. The university is committed to taking actionable measures to affect sweeping structural change in the areas of diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism, and candidates must show cultural competency.

A very attractive compensation and relocation package is available
60-80% Outpatient Clinical and 20-40% administrative/teaching
