Pediatric Hospital Medicine Faculty Opportunity

Baystate Health, home to the University of Massachusetts Medical School, is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join our organization.

Position Highlights –

- Join our team of 12 pediatric hospitalists at Baystate Children’s Hospital in Springfield MA. Our 107-bed facility provides complete critical care programs including the region’s only PICU and level III NICU, child life specialists, a designated emergency room just for kids, and outpatient specialty services.
- Primary coverage includes a continuing care nursery (CCN) and a resident-staffed normal newborn nursery service.
- Opportunity to also serve as an attending for a diverse population of pediatric inpatients in our 53-bed general pediatric and adolescent wards with support of our top-notch onsite specialists. All patients on the inpatient ward are resident covered. We do not provide NICU or PICU coverage.
- Combination of clinical care and resident and medical teaching with faculty appointment at University of Massachusetts Medical School - Baystate.

Qualifications: Qualifications: ABMS BC/BE in pediatrics or med/peds. Completion of a pediatric hospital medicine fellowship is optional. Strong commitment to collaboration, courage, quality and lifelong learning.
