Clinical Psychiatrist to join a multi-site, mission-driven, non-profit organization employing over 600 staff whose primary focus is providing the highest quality patient care to a culturally diverse population throughout the Merrimack Valley. Nationally recognized as a leader in community medicine (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics), facility has clinical sites throughout the service area and is the sponsoring organization for the leading Family Medicine Residency program. The Clinical Psychiatrist would use their strengths to teach family residents, on an individual basis, in group settings including didactic lectures, workshops, and seminars on behavioral science topics. Assist in the development and implementation of a family medicine behavioral science curriculum and professional development activities for family medicine residents. Provide residents with skills needed to work effectively with underserved and multi-ethnic populations. Provide culturally competent mental health consultation to our multi-ethnic population.
