Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute announces a search for a BC/BE adult psychiatrist with experience in managing psychiatric complications involving patients with Parkinsons disease, Huntingtons disease, Lewy body disease and other neurodegenerative movement disorders.

This individual will join the staff of Cleveland Clinic Center for Neurological Restoration with joint appointment in the Department of Psychiatry at Cleveland Clinics main campus.

The position is comprised of three key components:
  • Supporting the Movement Disorders section in providing clinical care in an outpatient setting (80%)
  • Providing general psychiatric outpatient care within the Department of Psychiatry (20%)
  • Research and clinical trials opportunities available and supported

  • The position is:
    • Mainly outpatient, working side by side with Movement Disorders neurologists
    • Initial training and observation opportunity would be allowed in the Movement Disorders section
    • Associated with a competitive salary and generous benefits package, including continuing education and travel expenses
    • Academic appointments are available through the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine
