Job Details
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the GME/Residency Supervisor, and with oversight by the Chief Medical Officer, provides administrative support for the daily operations of the Office of Graduate Medical Education.
Responsibilities:
Adheres and conforms to all hospital and departmental guidelines, policies and
Reviews and screens the credentials of all house staff and fellows prior to issuing contracts and maintains all files
Prepares reports and data regarding House staff to H+H and NYMC
Creates and maintains information needed to process requests for verification of residency training from outside
Assists in maintaining H+H's electronic audit system for monitoring compliance with Bell 405 regulations.
Prepares required forms for house staff in need of visa's issued by the Exchange Visitor's
Maintains New Innovations database delineating house staff and fellows clinical
Types office correspondence and maintains
Responds to queries from outside facilities regarding former House 11. Responsible for recording and editing GME Committee minutes.
Qualifications:

- High school graduate or
- Computer Literate in Microsoft Office and relevant
- Strong organizational skills
