The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Duke University is recruiting a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist for an open rank faculty position. The successful candidate will join a division of 13 MFM specialists who provide care in a state-of-art Fetal Diagnostic Center, 2 regional perinatal clinics, and a labor and delivery unit serving as a regional referral center for the highest levels of specialty maternal and fetal care. The Division has a long tradition of high-quality clinical care for women with high risk pregnancies, world-class clinical and translational research programs with sustained funding, and nationally recognized education programs including an ACGME-approved fellowship program with 6 trainee positions. In addition to MFM and General Obstetrics and Gynecology, all major subspecialties are represented in the Department including Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Gynecologic Oncology, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, and Community Health & Family Planning.

New graduates and experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply for this open rank faculty position. A commitment to clinical service, teaching, and scholarship is essential. Candidates must have an MD/DO degree and have successfully completed an ACGME-accredited Ob/Gyn residency and MFM fellowship by the date of hire. Licensure by the North Carolina Medical Board will be required prior to commencement of employment. Rank, tenure status, and compensation are commensurate with training, experience and abilities.
