Practice Information
  • One BC/BE pulmonologist/sleep medicine physician needed
  • Responsibilities will be pulmonary and sleep
  • Outpatient only with no call responsibilities
  • Mid-level provider assistance
  • Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
  • Visa sponsorship not available

Requirements
  • Pulmonary fellowship and sleep medicine fellowship required
  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible in pulmonary and sleep
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
  • S. ACGME Residency
