Sana Lake Recovery is seeking an experienced?Executive?Vice President of Marketing?to oversee marketing strategies and efforts in order to strengthen the organization?s market position to assist in achieving desired business goals. This role is for a self-starter and confident Executive with the ability to innovate and make substantial individual, strategic, and tactical judgments, and recommendations.

Sana Lake Recovery is an outcomes focused substance abuse and mental health disorder treatment company striving passionately to do well by doing good.

Sana Lake Recovery provides a full system of substance abuse and mental health disorder care from acute medically monitored detox and residential care, Urgent Access and chronic care outpatient services, recovery supportive housing and continuing care for up to five years.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate marketing and communications programs for the business units in conjunction with the strategic vision, messages and objectives
  • Develop strategy and content for all member and provider material and oversight of the writing, design, and production
  • Form and execute a strategic marketing plan in support of the overall organizational strategy
  • Lead the Marketing Team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies across multiple communication channels such as trade shows, marketing collateral, and electronic media
  • Partner with Enterprise Development to develop and implement action plans to ensure success of efforts through the cooperative efforts of sales and marketing to increase conversions of inbound leads
  • Oversee all marketing initiatives, including the creation of marketing content materials, development of communication strategy, and identification of appropriate marketing channels
  • Provide oversight to the organization's market intelligence activities to understand the competitive landscape and define brand market position
  • Deliver recommendations on program effectiveness and channel marketing campaigns and implement new marketing programs


Experience

  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Master?s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • 3+ years of direct management experience with demonstrated success leading and motivating teams as well as managing cross-functional teams
  • Healthcare industry knowledge including addiction treatment, behavioral health, pharmaceutical, hospital, health systems or healthcare entity
