- Competitive salary base dependent on experience 180-220k yr, after year eligible for productivity bonuses

Provider's Role with the Company :
- 32-33 hrs direct patient care, then documentation for 6-10 hours a week. no on call
- practice mix is MDs , 3 MDs, one is retiring, 3 NPs, 2 PAs. New MD needs to be willing to collaborate with NPs and PAs, give them help.
- MDs 18-24 day in general.
- new building / modern. built it 7 years ago. privacy in pods, but pods are close by. layout is excellent.
- low crime community - low cost - no state income tax.
- lots of collaboration - everyone covers for each other
- Monday-Friday - work 4 days a week - with one long day. no call
