Dartmouth-Hitchcock's Norris Cotton Cancer Center is seeking a full time BC/BE Hematology-Oncology physician to join our practice in Manchester and Concord, New Hampshire. This position is responsible for both inpatient and outpatient direct patient care and the coordination of care for patients at the community hospitals. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills and be experienced in coordinating patient care with hospitalists, radiologists, pathologists, and other subspecialists. Opportunities exist for participation in clinical research activities in the NCCC and teaching medical, pharmacology and NP/PA students in the region.

The Norris Cotton Cancer Center is one of only 51 National Cancer Institute designated Comprehensive Care Centers. Our patients benefit from the highest level of cancer treatments and leading research into treatment, prevention and control. This position will spend four days at our practice location in Manchester and one day in Concord. The candidate may be eligible for an academic appointment through the Geisel School of Medicine at a rank commensurate with qualifications. Qualifications:
  • Must be Board Certified within 5 years of completing of training; Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology
  • Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of New Hampshire
  • Successful completion of credentialing at Dartmouth-Hitchcock and community hospitals (upon hire)

Minimum Requirements:
  • Completion of an approved fellowship program in oncology and hematology with board eligible/boardcertification in this specialty and experience in the clinical care of Hematology/Oncology patients.
  • A valid NH medical license is required, as is credentialing at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Catholic Medical Center, Elliot Hospital, Southern NH Medical Center and St. Josephs' Hospital.
