Job Summary
The Geisinger Heart Institute is seeking a Regional Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery to lead a thriving practice located in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton region of Pennsylvania.

Job Duties
The Geisinger Heart Institute is the leading Cardiothoracic program in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The Cardiac Surgery department is a well-established, high functioning group that performs a high volume of complex cases including over 400 heart and TAVR cases yearly. The ideal candidate will have robotic and minimally invasive experience. The surgeon will work in a multi-disciplinary clinic, collaborating with all cardiology subspecialists. Enjoy a varied schedule of clinic, robotic and minimally invasive procedures, and OR time with a dedicated team of AP’s, and technicians.

Education
Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine- (Required)

Experience
Certification(s) and License(s)
Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
