Mount Auburn Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital serving the greater Cambridge, Massachusetts area and an affiliate of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist.   

The position available is for a Gastroenterology who specializes in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The candidate should be interested and capable of establishing an IBD Center at Mount Auburn Hospital in collaboration with specialists in surgery, radiology, and pathology. The candidate will be expected to care for patients who present with signs and symptoms suggestive of IBD as well as care for patients with well-established IBD. An infusion center is available for the administration of biologics and the candidate should be familiar with this therapy. Candidate will join a busy, established, and successful practice. Physician should be willing to do general Gastroenterology in addition to IBD. Candidate must be Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology.

The Gastroenterologist selected for this role will be eligible for a faculty appointment as an Instructor or Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School commensurate with experience and qualifications.
