  • This practice will only be seeing adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting
  • Flexible schedule: Office Hours are usually 9am - 6pm but when seeing patients in an Assisted Living- schedule can be more flexible

  • The physicians will work in an office setting as well as facility-based setting (Assisted Living Facilities)
  • This practice is growing so quickly they are looking to add 3 new Physicians: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric trained
