Passionate about working with expectant mothers in delivery? Join the cohesive team of women's health providers as an OB Laborist at Indiana University Health. We are seeking to add an additional laborist to provide coverage at two of our suburban hospitals in the Indianapolis region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Laborist coverage at both the IU Health North (Carmel) and West (Avon) Hospitals
  • Provide intrapartum, antepartum and pospartum care
  • Obstetric ED coverage
  • Procedures include:
    • Deliveries
    • C-sections
    • D&C

Position Details:
  • Part-time position that qualifies for comprehensive benefits provided by IU Health
  • 12 (101 total for the year) or 24 hour shifts available
  • 100% clinical, inpatient work

Qualifications
  • Completion of OB/GYN residency
  • BE/BC in OB/GYN
  • Preferred five years of experience either as an OB/GYN generalist or laborist
  • Physician MD/DO licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
