The Center for Personalized Genetic Healthcare at Cleveland Clinic is seeking an academic clinician Medical Geneticist with strong clinical operations skills to lead a clinical team of multi-disciplinary geneticists. This a new role due to growth. The team has more than doubled in size expanding up to 11 physicians. There are also 19 genetic counselors and growing who have their own manager. The Medical Director will still maintain up to 50% clinical duties.

Our ideal candidate will be board-certified in Medical Genetics and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. The position necessitates strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and professional skills.
